Spellbinders | Cheers To You Release – Part 2

Buffalo Plaid Birthday Card

As soon as I saw the Buffalo Plaid Press Plate I decided to try it out with Poppy Field cardstock and black BetterPress ink.  I’ve always loved the design, and this does not disappoint.

It’s perfect sitting on top of a dune cardstock panel trimmed with a deckle paper trimmer.

Additionally, the new Cheers To You Sentiments Press Plate & Die set help to add the perfect sentiment to this rustic birthday card.

Peony Perfection Hello card – Cheers To You Release – Part 2

Spellbinders has another gorgeous registration plate set called Peony Perfection.  I just love that you can use different colors for the flower and the greenery.  And then, I added a little colored pencil detailing to enhance the pretty detailed design.

Go to How To Make The Peony Perfection Card for step by step instructions on how to make this card with a full supply list.

A greeting card with floral artwork features two orange peonies on a red-bordered white background with the word "hello." The card, embodying peony perfection, is decorated with green and beige fabric strips and scattered rhinestones.
A greeting card featuring hand-drawn orange flowers with green stems and leaves, inspired by Peony Perfection, on a marble surface. The word "hello" is elegantly written in cursive at the bottom right corner.

Cheers To You Release – Part 2 is all about a couple more cards using new products from Spellbinders Cheers To You Collection for you. And you couldn’t find two cards that are more different.  Come take a look the with us!

I love how Spellbinders continues to find ways to bring versatility to their press plates.  For example, let’s take a look at the new Sprigs Registration Press Plate Set that we’re featuring in the projects today.  Registration plates have separate plates that you can ink in different colors.  Additionally, Spellbinders includes a template that you can use to create a lovely one layer pattern with the different plates in different colors.

And finally, the set includes coordinating dies for each of the plates.  Therefore, you have more ways you can use the images to create dimension with images in your focal point.
