Another new collection, Cheers To You!, is here from Spellbinders and it is fantastic! Come take a look it with us!
I love how Spellbinders continues to find ways to bring versatility to their press plates. For example, let’s take a look at the new Sprigs Registration Press Plate Set that we’re featuring in the projects today. Registration plates have separate plates that you can ink in different colors. Additionally, Spellbinders includes a template that you can use to create a lovely one-layer pattern with different plates in different colors.
And finally, the set includes coordinating dies for each of the plates. Therefore, you have more ways you can use the images to create dimension with images in your focal point.

Let’s take a look at what we’re using from the Cheers To You Collection:
Okay, let’s take a look at the cards now.
Sprigs Registration Birthday Card
This first card I use the template that comes with the Sprigs Registration Press Plate Set with a unique color combination of BetterPress inks to create a beautiful background. The colors I use are:
- Wild Berry (Nature Tones BetterPress Set)
- Azalea (Flower Garden BetterPress Set)
- Teal Topaz (Tropical BetterPress Set)
- Thunder (Jet Set BetterPress Set)
And then, to finish it off beautifully, I use the “Happy Birthday” from the Propagation Garden Sentiments Stamp & Die Set. The font is amazing!

Welcome To My Garden Card
For this card, I also use the Sprigs Registration Press Plate Set with the same inks as for the birthday card. However, I die-cut the images and pop them up on a black accent panel to make them pop.
Then I use another sentiment from the Propagation Garden Sentiments Stamp & Die Set. Then I add to it by making a pink wax seal using the Oval Hello Seal Stamp and fuchsia wax beads.
I think the results are striking, what do you think?
