Okay, let’s take a look at the cards now.
Copperplate Happy Birthday Card
A couple of things that I love about the Copperplate Everyday Sentiments are their elegant font, and their size. They are large enough to be the focal point, yet small enough to add to them too. And, that is just what I use in this card which features:
The card draws your eyes toward the center with its slim Forest frame around the center panel.
And, this unlikely color combination is so pretty together!
This card, and the next one, Thank You are inspired by @SandiMacIver. I love her cards. Thank you Sandi!

Thank You Card
I usually make more than one card when I’m die-cutting. That’s because I like to die-cut lots of the images so that I have plenty to work with when I’m selecting what I want to use. Therefore, I end up with a ton of leftovers. What better to use them for then more cards. For example, the three large flowers for this card are leftovers from the Copperplate Birthday Card.
For this, I use Copperplate Thank You press plate. And, I use a Porcelain Cotton cardstock panel that has been blended with light blue ink that perfectly matches the blue in one of the flowers.

Copperplate Thinking of You Card
One of the things that I love about these plates is that they remind me of the beautiful letterpress stationery of days gone by. The plan for this and the next two cards is to play on that simplicity but add just a touch of color to them.
This card features the Copperplate Thinking of You press plate. I also do a little watercolor painting and splattering to spice it up a little. Can you tell that I was thinking about pansies while painting this?
Congratulations Card
The inspiration for the last three cards is a card that Kristina Werner, aka @StarofMay, shows how to make in one of her lives. I love how the letterpress sentiment shows through the watercolor painting. Therefore, I use the technique with my own twist for these three cards.
This one features the Copperplate Congratulations press plate.
Copperplate Hello Card
This just may be my fav. Use the same technique with the Copperplate Hello press plate to create this gorgeous card. I don’t know about you, but I would love to receive this card! Additionally, a combination of these cards would make a beautiful gift set…I’m just saying…
